DJ GRIND is one of the most sought-after up-and-coming DJs on the gay circuit. DJ Susan Levine has been making noise on the gay scene in NYC and on Fire Island since 2005. She currently DJs for the new HARDWARE BAR in Hell's K itchen every other Friday, Boots and Saddle Fridays and Mondays with guest residencies at Splash, G Lounge, Stonewall and Vlada, bringing her own twist to pop dance music.
On Fire Island she has been Cherry's on the Bay's resident DJ since 2006 and at Sip 'N Twirl in The Pines since 2008. Levine is well known on the women's scene. DJ NINA FLOWERS (AKA Jorge Luis Flores Sanchez) brings a triple threat of talent to venues across the globe. Jorge was born in Puerto Rico and began his career as a drag performer in 1993, with his creation of Nina Flowers. JAMES ANTHONY RIDE: GODS OF THE SEA
This dynamic, international DJ and remixer has spent a better part of his life bringing music to the masses. James got his first big break working in radio- at the legendary dance station WKTU in New York City. Within weeks of being hired, at the young age of 21, he quickly became the youngest mixshow DJ on New York radio. Originally from San Juan Puerto Rico, Nando’s sound ranges from top 40 and electro to progressive house and tribal. He began working in DC which eventually led him around the country and is currently spinning at clubs and bars throughout NYC. MICK HALE SAND BLAST DRAG RACE
Mick Hale is currently a resident DJ at PARADISE Niteclub & Georgie's Bar; both located rite here in Asbury Park. In 2013 Mick also spun for thousands on RSVP's Gay Caribbean Cruise in February, and as far north as WAYLA Bar in Toronto, in May. Mick's also the go-to DJ for NJ's biggest gay-rights group, Garden State Equality, having worked multiple GSE fundraisers & events since 2009. He also previously presented "Disco Ice Cream" at last year's Sand Blast.
Mick was also recently in the Top 10 of GayInternetRadio's "Are You the Next Circuit DJ" contest and a featured guest DJ on Fresh-Radio-UK. Hale has been DJ-ing in the NYC area at dozens of venues since the early 90's and continues to release original electro music as well as remixes of other artists.
